TASTING
Appearance: Clear and bright, with a delicate, discontinuous stream of fine bubbles. A salmon-pink hue reminiscent of melon and mango tones.
Nose: Soft and expressive, with notes of marshmallow, flowers, and jam, supported by a subtle hint of prune. Candied fruits and a generous expression of red berries complete the bouquet.
Palate: Fresh, direct, and supple on entry. Floral notes emerge quickly, followed by generous flavors of candied fruits, quince, and dried apricot. The delicate texture leads to a long aromatic persistence.
Perfect as an aperitif, and an excellent match for refined cocktails, white meats, or red fruit desserts.
