This cuvée is crafted from 75% Pinot Noir sourced from the exceptional terroir of Ambonnay, complemented by 25% Chardonnay mainly from the Côte des Blancs, including Cramant and Avize.

TASTING

Appearance: Golden reflections with a brilliant yellow-gold hue. A fine and abundant mousse forms a steady stream of delicate bubbles, revealing a creamy texture. Nose: Expressive and inviting, with opulent aromas that have reached full maturity. Pinot Noir dominates, offering notes of red fruits and peach, enhanced by subtle hints of leather and forest floor within a floral framework. Palate: Rich, full-bodied and rounded, balanced by a touch of citrus freshness. A Champagne with both vinous and floral character. The long finish reveals aromas of citrus and flowers, expressing the elegance of a seductive Grand Cru Champagne.
